WPML menu issue

Hi,

I have a bug when I display my english menu on my website.

The principal language is french, everything work, but when I try the english version it doesn't work : https://www.sport-session.com/en/home/

I don't understand why.

Hey,

this is most likely because you did not configure your WPML correctly.

We suggest you contact the WPML support guys first, they know best what coul dbe the reason.

Upon the WPML plugin purchase you also recieve support.

Hi,

I think it wasn't because of WPML, apparently it came from the wordpress menu.

When I tried to display pages in english menu, there was a bug. But no bug with a custom link.

It's weird...

I will contact WPML support anyway.

Hi,

I'm sorry to re-open this subject but my issue is not resolved.

I contacted the WPML support and they told me that my theme is not compatible with WPML.

The issue comes from the WPLM menu display by Betheme. When I click on the english language, it's work, but the french language disappears.

Hi,

That's not true, BeTheme is compatible with WPML, you can even see it on their website:

Please contact them one more time, but send them these links I sent you to prove that it's compatible.

but when we enter your website, the menu changes fine depending on which language you are using. So where is the issue exactly?

Hello,

When I'm on the french site, I can see both langages, but when I'm on the english one, the french language disappears. So I can't switch language and go back to the french one.

This is all due to bad configuration of the WPML plugin. Please go back to the start and try to configure it again. There is no bug, we use WPML on a daily basis and everything works fine.

Again, please contact the WPML support team if you are having problems with setting up the theme, we doubt they would tell you that betheme is not supported because we have an ongoing collaboration with them. https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/

Please send us screenshots of what they said about this issue using sng.gy or pasteboard.co

I don't know, when I use the WPML menu it works, I have both languages.

Apparently, I also have an issue with the menu, the general one.

I can't dispay pages, I have a bug, maybe it's the same issue ?

Can you quickly change to the default wordpress theme like 'twentysixteen' or other and check if the issue still persists?

The menu doesn't show when I change the theme, of course, because I use the Betheme WPML menu option, which does'nt exist on classic theme.

We tested it on standard WP theme named "twentynineteen" (see screen:http://prntscr.com/ni8khs) and it works, you can add the WPML language switcher by default: http://prntscr.com/ni8kuu

The "Appearance > Menus" has nothing in common with the BeTheme.

Our options for WPML are just addons and they are using function which comes straight from WPML, so it means that WPML gonna work even without a BeTheme.
