Navigation Showing Up Different on Some Browsers

I have an issue where the navigation menu is appearing off to the left as if it is a mobile menu though I am using a computer. It only happens on certain browsers on some computers. I have the issue with IE on a computer and Chrome on a different computer. Not all IE and Chrome browsers do this, any idea how to have all browsers render the same normal menu?

Both on the same computer, sometimes chrome shows it wrong as well...

Didn't you open website in windowed mode? It looks like the width of browser is smaller on certain device.

Check, if you didn't turn on the scailing mode, maybe on IE you scailed your website to 120% or more.

Also, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Okay, the more I play with it, it is a zoom issue. Is there a way to
default so that any screen that is zoomed over 100% shows mobile menu and any
100% or lower show the actual real menu?

The browser zoom function should be always set to 100% and it has nothing to do with the responsive menu.

The responsive menu breakpoint can be set in theme options>responsive>header
