BeTheme Pages not updating, also fatal error on line 918

Hello, I have no idea what is going on but when I try to update one of the elements in the muffinbuilder and update the page, it either does not update and stays saying it will save, or it will go to another screen where it says

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: []

wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/builder/back.php on line 918

How can this be fixed?

please disable all of your plugins and make sure that your PHP version installed is 7.0 or greater.

We were on your website and we noticed that you have very old version of betheme which is not compatible with the PHP 7 or higher.

Please update your theme first, how to do it? Explanation below:

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.

Okay, I updated it but now getting this error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header() in public_html/resultventure.com/index.php:10 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown public_html/resultventure.com/index.php on line 10

I can see, that your BeTheme version is still old (13).

Please update your theme to the latest version as I told you in previous post.

If this error appear on the latest version, then I'll check what can be the problem.

Hey,

the issue was in WordPress. After resintalling it, everything works fine. Please re-enable your plugins.

We do not know. The error was coming from Wordpress so we reinstalled it. We have never seen such an issue before so we belive that it was just a random glitch.
