The new hover feature in shop's page doesn't work for me

Hi,

I really (really!) love your new feature in the shop's page - to show a second product picture while hovering the featured image displayed.
But I can't figure out how to make that work in my shop.
I have several pictures for every product, but I still only see the "featured" picture while hovering over it.
What am I missing?
