Hi,
All header types are available in the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header
If you want to add icons into menu item, then you have to provide <i class="icon-name"></i> before the menu item name.

sorry but this is a customization that is beyond our support services. You would have to target each item individually and then also set the hover state. Please contact a web developer for assistance.
