Be-Theme: Muffin builder ISSUES: Update, publish and preview of pages not able - php errors

Hello,

we have a problem with the b-theme.

When ever you want to publish or update a page / post, or even preview a page ,we get a ton of php erros.

One Example:

This happened when I clicked „edit page“ and then „preview page“.

We tried to update the Be-Theme.

We did it by Envato market Plugin and the API.

After that the complete website crashed and we uses a backup to restore.

Can you help us with this issue please.

Hi,

Please update the theme and plugins through the BeTheme > Install Plugins.

Be sure that your theme and wp are up to date.

Also, check if your PHP Version is 7 or higher.

Hi,

php is 7.2

WP is latest.

Update is not working...

And still the same issues..

Any other ideas ?

Hi,

Your theme is way too old, it's not gonna work with the PHP 7.

Please update your theme first.

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
