White Screen When Installing Pre-Built Template

Hello,

I am unable to install the pre-built theme ANIMALS2. I have followed all given instructions. All the recommended PHP levels are set. However when the install process is happening it stops pre-maturerly with a white screen. No pages are created, only some of the pictures are imported.

Please advise. I bought this template specifcially because of the demo import feature.

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Is your BeTheme and WP up to date?

Also, is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Yes I am using PHP 7. Yes all are up to date.

I did as you instructed and still same white screen result, along with a fraction of the media being uploaded.

Hello.

I have created a new WP install and have de-registered the theme. However..I cannot register the theme under this new WP install...even though I de-registered and removed the betheme files.

Can you please help me on this?

If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to manage your license key or most important, you want to deregister a website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to this topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest
