Strange box when viewing site and hovering over some menu items

Hi,

on the following site - www.cityanddocklands.com - when viewing using Microsoft Edge and hovering over some menu items (Home, Current Developments & Contact Us), a grey box appears above the menu item. It is consistent on any machine.

I can't find any differences in page layouts etc., and was hoping you could point me in the right direction to cure this.

Hi Pablo,
I've had to take pictures as every time I press to take the screen shot, the problem doesn't show - it's only apparent when hovering over the three pages I mentioned. I'll try and past here the 3 problem screens (Home, Contact Us and Current Developments) and finally when the problem doesn't appear (every other menu item, but have used "Property Investments" as an example.

The problem is related with the "Title" tag of link in Appearance > Menus

Remove the blank space from there and everything will be fine.

Please, click the "Screen Options" on the top of this page and turn the "Title" attribute on.
