Fonts problem with Mac

Hi, my customer told me that on his Mac the icons (it should be mfn-icons font) is not shown. how can i solve this problem?

This is http://pasteboard.co/2bYkDsOP.png screenshot from mac and as you see icons looks properly. We tested this on few different computers and on each looks the same.
