BeTheme Options not working

Hi!

It's been a while we can't access BeTheme Options panel. Nothing shows but the frame and left sidebar menu. All options are empty. I waited for a new theme update but a month later and several updates and nothing changes. Is it a bug? maybe a plugin compatibility issue? I'd appreciate any help.

what's your PHP version? If you don't know, check Appearance > System Status section.

Hi!

I am experiencing the same issue. Nothing is displayed but the frame and left sidebar menu. After I hit "Save cahnges" button (on that empty screen), the menu appears.

Then, I am able to change settings. After updating the settings, I get empty form area again. If I hit "Save cahnges" button again (on empty screen) all settings are reset.

I am running theme on PHP 5.4.16 and Wordpress version is 4.6.

@MarijjanaS Wordpress, since version 4.5, requires minimum PHP 5.6. It means your current PHP version is older than 5.6 and doesn’t support necessary Wordpress functions. We recommend you to contact with your admin/hosting provider because your PHP version requires update.

I am running on PHP 5.6.24 , Wordpress version is 4.6 and experiencing the same issue, any suggestion?

@Voyamarte Yes, we have one suggestion. Check your memory limit and disable all extra plugins.

Done, memory limit 128mb and all plugins disabled, same problem, blank muffin options page

I have the same problem. my memory limit is 128MB but my memorylimit plugin shows only 64mb. php version is 5.6.28. maybe you can help me too

@OmaGerda90 Please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can check if you have 128 or 64MB ram.

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem

in The theme folder it tells me Memory_limit_ -1

I do not understand how to change that.

I have an accommodation with wordpress 5.2.1 WITH PHP 7.2

php info at the base of the site indicates well 512M of memory _limit

If your memory limit is set to -1, it means that it's unlimited, but if you would like to change that, you have to contact the hosting provider.

He is the only one who can change that value.
