Hello,

please first disable all of your plugins and check again. Also make sure you are:

1. Using the latest version of WordPress and BeTheme

2. Your PHP version on the server is 7.0 or greater.

Hi,

We were on your website and we tested it on the "Twenty Nineteen" theme and the same problem appear.

It looks like the problem is related to your wordpress configuration or your hosting provider.

I suggest to contact the hosting provider first and ask him about some logs, maybe he'll be able to recognize the problem.

If he will be not helpful, please re-install your wordpress.

Remember,
your content and settings which are set in betheme will not be lost
after removing your data. All of them are stored in the database, so if
you won't touch/remove anything in the database, then you won't lose it.

If you want to be 100% sure, please make a backup first, we suggest to use this plugin:

You can change the language of the page in the Settings > General

So, is there anything else I can help you with?

The problem is not related to the betheme itself - after reinstalling the WP it should be fixed, but if it's not, you have to discuss it with the hosting provider.
