How can I edit the code of a page

For me somethings is more easy edit the code that find the option in menus. Can you indicate how can have access to it?

When I want create or edit any Shortcode I need to have access to the code.

Yes, the code for all of the shortcodes is in the theme folder. Betheme/functions/theme-shortcodes.php
