Hi Nick,

did you setup main menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section? Because this could be the main reason of your problem.

Yes it's assigned to 'Main Menu', how do I get the Mobile menu to work?

This plus sign is an image and if you want to change it's color, you must change them image which is http://drylikeme.superflymarketing.co.uk/wp-content/themes/betheme/images/menu-plus.png
