Rev Slider not loading

My rev slider is not loading, the screen is all black. I ran all the updates, but the problem is persisting at every load.

Also, is there a way of making the slide down menu appear sooner? as the first section of my site doesn't seem to have a menu.. www.creativedirection.one

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.
Try also to disable all other plugins and check again.

The slider is barely loading now.

All of the settings are fine. I am trying to understand why the slider is barely loading on your end. Here, the slider loads very fast and there is no issue. Maybe its your internet connection?

The slider takes about 1second to initiate.

I need this page loading as it's my main service page and I can't have the intro slider not functioning and causing people to leave. What else is there that can be looked into?

But like I said, the slider loads fine, what is the issue exactly on your end?

Have you tried installing a different slider?

It also loads that way from time to time when I'm logged into the site. It is simply a plain black screen.

It loads very fast here. So we do not understand what is the issue.

There is a black screen at start, ofcourse, but it is only for 1 second. THen the slider loads and this behaviour is normal in Revolution Slider.

If you are having issues when logged-in, please disable all plugins and leave only RS plugin active. Then clear browser cache and check again.
