I have a issue with the blockquote element in Wordpress.

I want to remove the underlines and the quotation mark.

the best way would be to change the general style of the theme. From classic to simple.

You will change that in theme options>global>general.

Thanks, it worked out, but now all the text stands like this.

The easy way is to enable the "simple" style of your website in theme options>global>general.
