  Please go to the Appearance > Menus and fill the "Description" field

  You can change the "Find us here" , "Contact us" and "Location" in Appearance > Widgets, in the "Footer" tabs.

  
  

  The "All Right Reserved" can be changed in the Theme Options > Footer in "Copyright" field.
