i need to show secondary menu on www.expensa.cz.

Next to the main menu.

Between main and language menu.

Can i?

you already got, secondary drop down menu between and this is the only secondary menu you can use.

But my "second" menu is on my language menu position.

When i move it to the "secondary menu" position thats doesnt show anywhere...

Yes, we know what is this and that's the only place to show secondary menu within this header style. If you want to activate secondary menu similar to what we did on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/language/, then you must activate action bar and only then will be possible to show additional menu in right top corner.
