Hi,

Please deinstall the "pre-built website" and then, try to import the "ITService 2" again.

How to properly deinstall it? Check this video from second minute (2:00)

When I install the IT service instead of the ITService2, it works fine.

I get this error when doing installation. "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

But I don't receive any email as indicated

Okay, this "The site is experiencing(...)" is new feature from WP which is not always working fine, so if your slider and whole website is working fine then you shouldn't be worried about it.

So, do you need some further help?

Yes, I still need help. the installation of pre-built website "BeIT Service 2" is not working properly. I only get this message after installing "BeIT Service 2" - "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions." When I install other pre-built site, I usually get a "success" confirmation.

I seems the Revoluation slider is not importing correctly.

- The home page is missing the slider: error message "Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias itservice2 not found."

- Font and size is not the same on the demo site

- Site looks nothing like the demo

I think, the problem with 'the site is experiencing(...)' is because of the third-party plugins.

You have a lot of them, and it could be the source of problems.

Have you tried installing IT SERVICE 2 pre-built website?

It works fine for any others pre-built website EXCEPT for ITSERVER 2. Again IT Service 2 pre-built site is the one having issue. The link you provided is for BeProduct website.

I have just imported the It Service 2 pre-built website without any issues.

Maybe your hosting enviroment is limited and it failes installing a larger pre-built website.

Provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps: 1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22 2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2 3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.
