Registration of theme results in cURL error

When I register Betheme cURL I get the following error:

error 7: Failed to connect to api.muffingroup.com port 80: Connection refused

Is that a local problem on the hosting server?

Or else: how to solve the issue?

Hello,

you should contact your hosting provider, all curl errors are on hosting. Your server is blocking the incomming connection from us.

Thanks, in the meanwhile I contacted them and apparently thre was something blocked on the server indeed.
