Anchor Links not Linking to Section of Website Correctly

Hello,

I am having an issue with anchor linking I set up on this page [Links visible only for registered users]. I set up my IDs for each section of the same webpage and linked them to a row of buttons under the header("500/300 3D Printer Series, "4200 3D Printer Series, etc.). I noticed after I click one button, it will take me to that section of the webpage but if I scroll back up and select another button they will not jump to that section. I tested all the buttons and they only work if I select them first after a page load. There is another page [Links visible only for registered users] on my website where the same method was used and the links work great. Any thoughts on why this is happening on this particular page? Thanks in advance!
