stuck under construction

Hi! I was playing with a security plugin that redirect user who try to log by wp-login.php to the connection form but the problem is that the site was under construction and now im stuck underconstruction and I cant access the connection page. Is there a way to switch the site in normal mode by phpmyadmin or ftp? When i try to rename the plugin folder of the security plugin i just get errors so i need to find an otherway. Thank you

I manage to solve my problem with renaming more related plugin folders.
