wordpress theme disappear in dashboard

I created a site with WordPress Betheme, and everything was perfect before, but this morning I found out the BeTheme menu is disappearing in the dashboard, I can find it in Appearance > theme, as showing below in pic. And there's nothing in page editing, no builder, no section, etc. I don't know why, please give me some hints on how to solve the problem, many thanks!

Hi,

Your theme is way too old.

Please update it first.

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.

Cuz I've already built my whole website, I wanna to make sure, if I remove the theme from the theme folder, will it effect my website? Or in other words, do I need to rebuild these webpages again?

No, you won't lose your content because all of your settings + content are stored in the database.

So, do not be worry about all of these.

But, to be 100% safe, please make a backup with this plugin first:
