Cannot install pre-built website

I can't install my pre-built website although I followed the video tutorial. My site is ondigitals.com.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing two values:

PHP_Max_Input_Vars to 5000 and PHP_Time_Limit to 180

I try to install a pre-built website and I have this error message: "El sitio tiene problemas técnicos. Mira si han llegado instrucciones a la bandeja de correo electrónico del administrador del sitio"

I did:

- Use Database Reset

- I try 2 pre-built-web

Please turn on only necessary plugins for the pre-built website, all other must be turned off.

Then, try to install the pre-built website.

Also, be sure that you use the parent theme of betheme

Hey,

we have logged in and installed BeMoving pre-built website. It is a smaller demo website, so it installed quickly. If you have problems with other pre-built websites, that are bigger, we suggest contacting your hosting provider and changing the time_limit value on your hosting.

I try to install HOME pre-built website and it´s not possible.

My hosting provider sais that it´s not possible modify time_limit. They use php v7.3 and should be enogh for any king of theme.

Sorry, but our hands are tied in that case, if your hosting provider does not want to change the php_time_limit, then all what we can suggest is changing the hosting provider.

It looks like their download time is too low to download all of the demo files.

The issue is on the hosting provider side, not the theme.

Also, you could ask them to check the logs, but we assure that the problem is related to the hosting provider.

We tested it on our machine and it works fine, also any other customer does not report such problem with our demos.
