Betheme Portfolio Template Not Working

Hi,

I am trying to make a page on our website similar to https://staging-omnicoreagency.kinsta.cloud/projects/

However, I don't see an option to select Portfolio Template on the page I am working on.

Can you please get in touch and see how this can be resolved?

That is weird. I would suggest you disable all of your plugins and check again. Looks like one of the plugins could be causing this.

Hi Bryan,

As you can see we got a developer to design a custom page template. Do you think this might be the reason why the default page templates are not showing?

Can I share login details with you so you can review it?

Does he us a child theme? He should be using, otherwise after you update you will lose your templates.

Did you try to disable plugins? This is either caused by plugins or he messed up with the template.

Tell him to disable/delete the template and see if it shows then.
