Action Bar does not work

Good morning,

we purchased the "BeTheme" theme and, after setting up the entire site, we need to change the email address in the Them options> menu & Action Bar> Email section but, upon saving, by clicking on the "Save Changes" button, it does not happen nothing and we cannot change an important datum.

How can we do? We need your support.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Hello Giulio,

The problem of yours is related to the "max_input_vars" value - it's to small.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing that value to the minimum 5000.

Remember, do not post your login credentials in the topic.

It's a public forum and anybody could get in into your website as an administrator.

Also, you didn't send information which I asked you in the private message, you sent only the link to the topic - this made a little bit mess in our mail system, thats why you had to wait this amount of time.

I removed the link to that image for security, but next time please do what I asked you.

So, about the problem,

1) Did you change anything in the theme files? If so, you should use the Child Theme to prevent losing them while updating the theme

2) Please update your theme to the latest version, we do not do that, we always ask people to do that.

After doing that, please tell me, I'll take further investigation about the problem.

Hi,

we have uploaded the credentials to the forum because we have been asked to upload them from you.

Thanks for deleting them, in any case we have eliminated the wordpress user so that nobody can enter.

1) We have not changed anything in the theme files.

2) We have updated everything that could be updated.

Unfortunately the problem persists.

The real problem is that changing the email by following this path in the wordpress dashboard (BeTheme > Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Email) and then trying to click "Save Changes" nothing happens and does not save the changes, no changes .

How can we proceed?

I clearly said:

Also, you shouldn't remove them now, I cannot login on your page right now.

Please send us them once more, but this time attach the ftp access and the license key too
