Sidebar not working

I have a sidebar, but I can't add widgets to it??
What's going on here!

Hi,
First, you have to create the sidebar at Theme Options > Sidebars

Then, get into the Appearance > Widgets and fill it with your content
http://prntscr.com/oitsk1

And the last step, is to attach that sidebar on main blog page.
