Main menu missing

The menu bar has disappeared, if it appears when customized, but is not published.

Do not let a lot of plugins update: Layer Slide, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page Builder and fail to install the BeTheme Header Builder.

I have reinstalled the issue to see if it is fixed but it has not worked.

I bought it 2 years ago, will I have to buy it again?

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

I got the menu to appear by deactivating pluggins Autoptimize and LayerSlider WP, but I still can't update plugins Layer Slide, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page Builder and fail to install the BeTheme Header Builder.

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.

I have already consulted,

PHP version is 7.0.33

They will enable Curl.

With Curl enable should I update from wordpress? Or should I do something else?
