What did I do and How do I recover

I was cleaning up my site before going live and removed two temporary user then I lost a Page and a Slider. How do I recover them?

Hello,

please go to wordpress>pages, it could be still in trash : http://prntscr.com/oqvh42

If you removed it from there as well, then it is lost, unless you contact your hosting provider, they might have a backup of your website somwhere.

thanks, what was deleted was all my pictures and one page that was all pictures. It wasn't too difficult and I am redoing That page using Blog rather than Images.
