Purchase code already used + Slider Rev update issue
Hello, to make a long story short... I was having problems updating Slider Revolution, it kept saying the package contained no files when I attempted to update from the theme. I searched around and found other advice that said to re-register the theme. So I de-registered Be-Theme, but when I tried to re-register I now get a message saying that it is already registered somewhere else and then it displays an IP address.
1. So I need help registering my theme again.
2. Also, I need help with my original problem which is how to update Slider Revolution when the auto installer tells me the package contains no files?
Currently running BeTheme 21.2.3, PHP 7.1.30 - all server tests pass.

***EDIT*** FIXED... I found the tool to de-register theme licenses and was able to do it on my own. It also cleared up my issue with Slider Rev, so it is able to auto update now as well.

manage your license key or most important, you want to deregister a
website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to
