We are web developers. is their a licence that we can purchase and use the theme for multiple clients?

Hello,

no, the single license is only for a single domain. So for each client you will need to purchase a license.

For development, you can register your main domain with one key and then create unlimited subdomains. Those subdomains can be registered with the same license key.

Remember to register the main domain first and then the subdomains.

Before you move the website to your client, deregister it and then after moving, register with another license key.

what im asking is , like newspaper theme , you can purchase re-usable license for some extra amount. you dont have any lisence like this?

All themes on themeforest are under the same licenese, there are no exceptions about that. You have to buy a license for each use.
