Action Button Color wont change

My site https://www.lyricharborsprings.org and after an update i cant change the color of the action button in menu to #036892. I tried under color/button but it wont change. Is there a CSS important to force this? The white is too hidden.

    Hello,
    You're using the "One Skin Color" which is a predefined style for the theme.
    It means you will not be able to change any of the colors if you use it - they are forced to display by the script.

    You have to use the "Custom Skin" theme skin in the Theme Options > Colors > General to change any color.
