I would like to change my menu to 3 parallel lines that when clicked open a menu in a separate page.  But I don't see how to do that with this theme.  Is it possible.  If so how?

    This is a screen shot of one of your demo websites that has the type of menu I would like to implement. However I don't know how to upload a screen shot to the forum, so I uploaded it to the media library in my website.  I was the last entry in the library and is called 2019-09-02 ABOUT OUR COMPANY.

    The menu is shown as 3 horizontal lines in the right corner

    I still do not understand, if you want to have the "Hamburger" menu on your website, just change the header.
    Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header - the "Simple" layout will be the same.
