Can not update Betheme to 21.3.5.

  Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest
  
  If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)
  
  After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

  I have done everything you have suggest twice. Unfortunately it does not work. However I become now this kind of message:

  and than nothing happend.

  Did you try to update your theme with all of the plugins disabled?

  If so, please contact your hosting provider and ask him about some logs, they should have more informations about this problem.

  
  

  Also, I have to ask you about your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
  1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
  2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
  3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
  Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

  Your server values are fine - installation should end successfully.

  Please, ask your hosting provider about some logs, he should find some informations about refused connection or recognize and fix the problem.

  It looks like it's not theme related problem at all.

  I have also already an answert of my hosting provider. They have switch on the function of the register of logs error. There is now a file "error.log" in the wordpress file and this is the content of it:

  I too cannot update to Betheme 21.3.5 from 21.0.3. Here is the error message:

  Please first disable all of your plugins and check again. Also, check your dashboard system status, maybe your hosting setting are too low.
