Error once website migrated

Hi,

I've recently migrated my websites to Siteground, but the Revolution Slider breaks once migration has completed. I've been talking to the support team at SiteGround and so far what we have done is fix permissions, deactivate the plugins, used default .htaccess and downgrade the php version to 7.0. The error says:

Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to target being treated as passive. See https://www.chromestatus.com/features/6662647093133312

Can you help please?

Hello, which plugin did you use to migrate your website?

Please, if it was other than this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/, then migrate it once more, with plugin I sent you above.

I did it manually, using Filezilla. Would I have to start the process again?

Yes, a lot of data is held in the database, that's why it's really important to use the plugin to migrate it.

But now I have migrated the site, how doi install the plugin on the old indtallation of the site on the old servers?

1) Migrating the website through the "FileZilla" by drag & drop is very bad way.

We always suggest to use the "Duplicator" plugin because it compress the files of the wp + betheme and all of the database records and after migrating everything works fine.

So, if you want to make it work flaweless, you have to install the "Duplicator" (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) plugin on the page where you were building the website, use this plugin, and then import the compressed file on the new hosting.

This is the only way to make it work.

2) As can I see, you have only this errors on the console of your website.

Siteground has problem with the RevSlider plugin, please be familiar with this topic, it's usually fixing the issue:

3) All of the pre-built plugins of BeTheme are located in BeTheme > Install Plugins

There you will be able to install it.
