Revolution slider sound problem.

Hi,

On this website https://www.h-living.it/ i've got a problem with revolution slider video sound. I add the video with layer, I deactivate mute but the video audio doesn't play. What can I do? Thanks.

If you'll not skip any of the steps, it should work fine.

I follow all the steps, but doesn't work...if I export and import slider on other site, it works.

I can see it's working.

I entered the page and it's plays.

Please clear your cache of your browser and check, if you didn't block some rights on your browser.
