I am a pretty basic user of WP Betheme and since a couple of weeks, I can't save any changes in my site anymore. I deleted all plugins, however that did not solve the problem.
Does anybody have an idea, what could be the root cause?
Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps: 1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22 2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2 3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.
Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

We also recommend creating a backup file. Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.

Also, be sure that your WP Version is up to date and your PHP Version is 7 or higher.
Hi, I did a backup and then I deleted BeTheme and got a new version of BeTheme. However now I tried to upload the zipped BeTheme File (almost 1 GB) and until now, the server always quit the uploading and answered with "try later again". I tried with different Browsers and also from places with better connectivity, however always with no success. So do you have an idea for that?
