Hello,

1) Disable the Child Theme, clear the cache and check if the issue still exists.

2) Send a link to your website.

Hello Pablo,

we have the same problem as YAGHOUBI after updating to betheme 21.3.6. when our child theme is active, only costume CSSs are visible and the rest of the site is blank. for now we have to use the parent theme. Is there a solution to our problem?

If the problem is related to your Child Theme, then it's surely related to your customization, which unfortunately, we do not support.

We only help with the bugs which are coming from our theme.

If you want to investigate the problem of the Child Theme, you should surely turn on the "WP Debug" mode.

before update every thing worked fine and custom CSS loaded before theme CSS .

i disabled the child theme and cleared the cache and nothing happen.

and one more thing some menu disrepair after upgrade :
