Can't deregister theme from old server - no access to old ThemeForest account

Hi, we copied our site to a new host without deregistering the theme first. Now we can't deregister either copy. The error is 
Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:
https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup

We can't deregister via the tool mentioned here:
because the previous developer hasn't given us access to his ThemeForest account. We did purchase a new license under another account though.

How can we force deregistration for the new server?

    Hello,
    you do not need access to his themeforest account. Just tell him to remove the theme from the old server. This way you will be able to deregister it manually using the license tool manager.

    He isn't available.The old site is still live until we get the new site set up and registered. What are our other options? We have the new site registered with the old site's key, but no way to remove it because we can't access the previous developer's account.

    The only sollution would be to deregister the old site, and then deregister the new site. After that you can register both of them using separate keys.
