    Hello,
    Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.
    If it will not help you, you should contact your hosting provider, because cURL issues are usually related to the hosting provider.
    So, ask him about some logs, he should recognize the problem after looking at them.

    A lot of our customers are registering the theme with any problems, also I tested it and it registered correctly my license.
    So, ask him about some logs, he should recognize the problem after looking at them.
