Cant install installable distribution

Hello just bought betheme and downloaded installable wordpress. Uploaded and tried to install, but nothing shows up. Checked the log and this error came up. Never had problem before with wordpress on this server. So it is not a server problem. Running on PHP 7.2

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header() in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\provacan.gr\httpdocs\index.php:10
Stack trace:

thrown in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\provacan.gr\httpdocs\index.php on line 10

Any thoughts?

    Hello,
    This error is not related to the theme itself.
    But, be sure that your WP is up to date.

    Also, do you use some kind of hosting or you are running the local machine?

    I just downloaded the complete installable distribution, as below. Then unziped and uploaded all.

    How can I make sure it is up to date since I can not access it?

    Can I please have a fresh complete working copy to try?

    It is on a hosting server. Never had problems with wordpress before on this server, so something has to do with the distribution you offered.
