Prebuilt templates issues

Hi,

I've installed BeTheme to my wordpress website and currently I'm facing issue with selecting the prebuilt websites templates which BeTheme has.

I've tried

1) Wordpress dashboard - Betheme dashborad - Prebuilt websites - here i cant choose the prebuilt themes. I can only check out the themes here but not able to open any option or anything else is loading when i click the selected theme.

2) Can't see any option for choosing the prebuilt theme in appearance option at wordpress dashboard.

help me out with the solution ASAP.

Hello,

please first disable all of your plugins and make sure your version of BeTheme is registered in your BeTheme dashboard.
