Video not working in Safari

using muffin builder I have installed videos with place holder image, and both MP4 video and OGV video. The page works fine in all browsers but in Safari the videos don't play. https://comehomeco.com/team-at-work/

Hello,

safari could be blocking any automatic video playback and we cannot do anything about that.

Please make sure that the video has no sound.

hello - I do not think that is the problem

1. why can't the video have sound?

2. When you click on the video you can see that in the status bar of the video there are no times in Safari - all are 0:00 - like the videos aren't there just the place holder images.

I changed my settings in safari to allow all autoplay videos and have the same problem. Videos don't seem to be there only placeholder images.

I removed a placeholder images and I am correct the video is not there

Oh sorry, I did not understand you completly. You do not mean autoplay, you mean that when you click play, it does not play the video at all, right?

I have checked and it looks like the safari browser is not working, you are correct. But the issue is related to the fact that if you would open your console on that page, you will see that all of the mp4 videos are not loaded, it shows and error. So all of the browsers are going with OGV and safari will not play this type.

Please check the mp4 links, are they correct and can they be played when the url to them is pasted in the browser directly.
