Animations don't work anymore

Hi there,

we have a one-page mini website that uses BeTheme; after migrating it from our development location to our client's hosting and DB, the entrance animations don't work anymore. What could be the issue? We de-registered the theme from the development location and re-registered it on its new location, as per instructions.

Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Also, did you try to check, if it works with all of the plugins disabled?

Hi, we're now running php 7.0.33 (see here https://csr.dinamicamiko.com/phpinfo.php)

The english page now loads correctly until the end.

But the animations still won't work, even with all plugins disabled.

Which plugin did you use to migrate the website?

We strongly suggest, to use the "Duplicator" plugin.

We didn't use a plugin. But we used the Mfn CB Migrate Tool to fix the internal links.

Everything else works fine.

Should we redo the migration or is there something else that we can try first?

Please migrate your website with the duplicator plugin - this is the best way to migrate the website with BeTheme.

Sorry, I didn't explain myself correctly: the issue appeared after the migration, but the animations don't work anymore even on the site in the development location. So re-migrating the site won't fix the issue.

Maybe there's something amiss with the licensing?

You disabled the "Entrance Animations" in Theme Options > Global > Advanced
