"The package could not be unziped"

Hi Guys,

I can see this issue has been raised multiple times on the forum, but there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer.

I've installed the theme on a self-managed server, and I'm attempting to import a pre-made website. At the end of the wizard process I'm presented with the error "The package could not be unziped".

All items on the System Status page are ticked, and I have the following ZIP info from phpinfo():

Zip	enabled
Zip version	1.15.5
Libzip version	1.1.2

Does anybody know how to solve this? I've wasted hours of time, and haven't ever experienced this kind of issue with other themes.

The server is Ubuntu 18.04, PHP 7.2, and Wordpress 5.2.4.

Does anybody know exactly what the Ziparchive requirements are for this theme?

Sorry, but it could be caused by a lot of things - we do not quite know what can it be.

This question is not theme related at all, it's about the configuration of the server.

What we can suggest is to check, if you are not missing any permissions for the folder with the wordpress and double-check, if you installed the ziparchive correctly.
