Updating LayerSlider WP

Dear Support

I'm running Betheme version 21.4.2 - under licence for 8 months

It came with LayerSlider WP which is great

I see that there is an update available for LayerSlider but when I tried to update i am told that i need to enter the registration key

i did try to put the key of my template Betheme but it doesn't work

can you let me know if it is possible or not to update this plugin ?

Hello,

If you want to update your theme to the latest version, you can do it in the BeTheme > Install Plugin, also purchase
codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled
into the theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements.
This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use
this code because the plugins are fully functional without it.

Something like “Free” version of a plugin does not exist. All bundled
plugins are included with extended licenses and users can use these
plugins within the theme without needing to purchase them separately.
This is standard and according to ThemeForest rules.

Thanks for your quick answer, so what I understand that is the update of the bundled plugins will be done after I updated my theme to the latest version.

Your theme should be updated to the latest version before updating the theme.
