License Issue.

Hello I purchased a new license as I had conflict with it being registered to another theme for my website:

pizzeriavillaggio.com

I am unable when I login to add it to the relevant page.

Can you please take a look for me if I give you the relevant serial number.

can you please explain in more detail? What do you mean by "relevant page" ?

You cann register from the BeTheme dashboard?

Send some screenshots if possible.

I have an error message that reads:

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Could you login to my wp-admin to have a closer look?

We do not have the login credentials, but it's not necessary now.

1) Did you solve the problem with license key?

If you want to deregister a website that has been removed without
deregistering it first, head to this topic:

There you will find instructions and a link to our license tool

2) About that error, do you have some other (not supported) plugins enabled?

Also, is your BeTheme and WP up to date?

Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

This license is not used anywhere - you can register it on any domain.

So, please answer a second question from my previous post - it's the common source of a problem with this error.
