Fatal Error When activating Slider Revolution

Hello,

I'm getting a fatal error when trying to activate slider revolution in wordpress. here's the error message please help thanks.

Hello,

Are your WP and BeTheme up to date?

Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Also, please disable all of the plugins before activating the plugin.

Hello,

WP is 5.2.4

BeTheme is up to date I think, its theme version 14

PHP is 7.3.11

I disabled all plugins and then tried to activate the slider revolution plugin but i got the same result, fatal error.

The 14 version is really old, right now, we have the 21.4.4 version.

This version of theme does not have automatic updates, so here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
