Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one
domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys:
http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered
on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and
deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key
is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your
domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your
theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) -
remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

So, we got your login credentials and after disabling all of the plugins it started to work (one of them is corrupting the updater)

Remember, to disable all of them while you want to update one of your plugins.

We do not know that, we just disabled all of them.

We suggest, is disabling one by one and test, which one is making that problem.

Sorry, but there are no updates done.

I deactivated all plugins and try to make the update and again the same problem.

I´m not sure what the problem is, but i expect the problem is solved on Monday.

This is only the testsite and I need them and at the moment i´m happy that this is not the productige site.

Okay, i think it is not funny anymore.

I tried to deregister and i got the following message:

"This feature is disabled in White Label mode."

And I tried to deregister on your site and this was the error:
"Your site still uses BeTheme. Please delete all theme files before deregistration."

I can´t delete all files, then my whole design/layout is crashed. I cant´believe that you can´t fix this error on my backend.

On 27th November you wrote, that the update started, but why i got the information that old versions are installed.

So again, i expect that you solve the problem tomorrow and send me the information what the problem is. So if I raise the license for more sites i can make this by myself

If you want to deregister your website, please disable the white label mode, how to do it?

After disabling it, you will be able to deregister it successfully.

These days (27th November), the update ended fine - I think that you tried to register it somewhere else or that plugin messed up something with filling up the license key into the database.
