Installed Prebuilt but changes not taking effect

I installed one of the prebuilt websites. It loaded fine. But I am making changes in the muffin options but don't see them taking effect. When I go to the pages section and try to edit the home page, it shows nothing there in the backend.

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

I'm just curious how to begin editing all the pages if I can't see them. I'm starting with the home page.

I also don't understand the licensing situation for some of the plugins. It says I can't update them without a license, even though they were included with the theme.

Maybe the home page has just a slider in the pre-built website you have chosen this is why I have asked you to send a link to this page.

Also, the bundled plugins must be installed/updated from wordpress>betheme>install plugins.

Bundled plugins have different rules and they cannot be updated from your default plugins tab. They also do not need registration. The plugin authors will ask you to register because you need to buy a separate license for that. The bundled plugins are fully functional, they just do not have "instant" author updates so you will have to wait a little longer while we check them and update.

This is a Subheader, you can change the color of it in Theme Options > Colors > Subheader or hide it completely in Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader

is there a way to have more than 5 links in the header? I don't see any documentation on this.

I also don't see this option: To set up social icons, right top corner, navigate Appearance > BeTheme Options > Social > Social Icons and set up links for social profiles.

Our documentation is really old and a lot of things are outdated - we are currently working about the new one which will be more customer friendy and all of the new features will be included there.

1) You can add the menu items as in the default wordpress:

2) I do not understand, you can have a FHD resolution (1920x1080) and set a "Cover" position of the background and it will be covering the section all of the time.

If you filled some fields in the Theme
Options > SEO, you should enable the "Action Bar" feature which is in
the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar

After that, it should appear the social icons above the header.

To add them in footer, please go to the Theme Options > Footer, there you will find the dropdown menu to display it.

You can remove dates from posts in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>blog. There is an option to remove metadata.
