Betheme Selling for $17 on evanto????

Hi there,
 So I have purchased a ton of lic from Betheme, but I went to look today to buy more and when I was buying them I noticed a second betheme popped up. How is this possible that muffin group sells this theme for $59 the exact same theme from Bean Town called betheme is selling for $17?

I was in the middle of purchasing some bulk lic but when I saw this I was very confused and wasn't sure which one I'm suppose to be buying. How can 2 different companies sell the same exact theme but at a dramatic price drop. i am not sure who is the original now and which one I'm suppose to be buying.  thought i was purchasing a exclusive lic rights to the theme so how is that possible when another company is selling it? Thanks
